I was fortunate enough to have Chad Hester represent me on 3 real estate transactions. All 3 transactions were a complete success and flowed smoothly due to Chad's hard work and skilled efforts. If I were to describe Chad's style, it would be "Full Service", as he goes above and beyond the duties that are expected of a home realtor. He worked around the clock on all 3 of my deals and was always easily accessible to discuss my real estate transactions. He demonstrated outstanding and effective negotiation skills when handling all of my real estate deals.

He always had great knowledge of the constantly changing real estate market and did an outstanding job of pricing the property appropriately, which allowed for my property to be listed on the market for a minimal period of time before selling. Chad was excellent at preparing and conducting tours of properties that were in my price point when serving me on 2 home purchases. He was through with choice of properties to view, and efficient when taking me on the tours. What was most impressive was his skill at identifying the pros and cons of potential purchase when touring each home. He had a great understanding of a lot of variables that come into play when viewing properties: location, structural issues, functional issues, red flags, price point, and much more. He had great ideas and visions on what could potentially be done to enhance the properties. I couldn't be happier with the house that I currently live in thanks to Chad's expertise, time and patience with the service he provided.

Chad also does an outstanding job of following up periodically to give me feedback on the market and my property. His actions demonstrate how much he cares about his clients.

He also does an excellent job of providing me with reliable resources and referrals when I need to address issues that every homeowner encounters sometime during their life. His referrals are always people very skilled at what they do. The costs for their services are always exceptionally reasonable and usually beat local competition.

I recall Chad being one of the top performing realtors, in terms of total number of annual transactions, when serving me last on my most recent home purchase. This accomplishment speaks for itself.
